Krista is a graduate of MVNU with a BA degree in Business Administration as well as a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Ohio and has been in the homebuilding industry since moving to Ohio in 1999. Krista is an active member of the BIA of Columbus as well as the PWB. Krista is continually looking to expand her knowledge on home design and construction with innovative ideas that she likes to share with her clients.

Over the years Rodney’s knowledge and experience in the construction industry grew, as did his respect and passion for quality craftsmanship and all other aspects of the design-build experience. Rodney believes in the importance of listening to his clients, and creating a home for them that improves their lives and the lives of their families. The only thing he enjoys more than building homes for his clients is researching innovative ways to make homes healthier and sustainable .
